Amazing food for all meals.

perfect and nice location, reasonably good staff at the reception desk. the restaurant was good with excellent menu, we ordered excellent dishes.

Hotel was unique and exceptionally comfortable!

The location was particularly good for exploring this nice surrounding area, so close to Wiesbaden centre, the electrical outlet and the citycenter. Also, we were 3 km from popular place such as a crowded Wiesbaden street...

The restaurant was good with EXCELLENT menu here, I had excellent dishes. Especially helpful and professional staff, everything was modern. Also, location was perfect and exceptionally nice, at a moderate distance from Brita-Arena Stadium. There were a Christmas market and a market around the hotel.

Their staff were kind of rude.

Accommodation was fairly large and perfect with outstandingly accommodating and affable staff at the reception desk. Thoroughly enjoyed the new-fashioned standard twin room with a modern design.

Hotel staff really nice except for one receptionist.Beds are very comfortable.

One receptionist was not nice and a bit impolite when explaining me about how parking system works (I paid for 3 days and nobody explained me how to get in and out using the same ticket).

Fantastic hotel atmosphere, wonderful staff.

The rooms are clean and large enough for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. Nicely decorated lobby and rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The Pentahotel is only about a 10 drive to the city center where you will find lots of resturants and shopping. The breakfast buffet is delicious but a bit expensive (16 euro per person) unless you get it included free in the room rate.

Easy access to the city center, funky design features.

Normal business hotel practice of any/all extras being disproportionately priced. €15 for parking, even though we are in an industrial estate... €14 for breakfast. The hotel itself and the staff were fine.

Rooms were clean and spacious, but breakfast had flies everywhere.

This was a very good hotel, good food and drinks and friendly hotel staff.

Here's my point of view

Great stay! The spacious and clean room was a delight. Friendly staff made everything easy, and the restaurant food was really nice. Enjoyed the lively public spaces perfect for relaxation. Close to military housing with convenient taxi access, though food options nearby were limited. Breakfast was solid. A few WiFi issues, but worth a visit!

Staff was excellent and they really catered to our needs. Both reception and wait staff spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and at reasonable cost. Free computers and free wifi in the rooms. Location was not an issue as we were wanting to be near the US military facilities.

Location is away from city center and there is not much in terms of shopping or eateries near by. Hotel would be an excellent destination for the business traveller. Parking 15 Euros.

Room was very good size with a great ambiance, the beds were very comfortable all round a good feel hotel.

On arrival took a long time to check in, only one person at reception, paid for wi-fi didn't work but got refund
